How Do I Receive My Graphics / Web Design Project Files When Completed?
Once final written e-mail approval is received from our client, for the completed design work we’ve done, and all remaining outstanding balances have been received by Eyecon Graphfix, we’ll send you the final project on disc. or by e-mail (depending on the size of the files) including the instructions for your web administrator, and the changeable log in / user name and password.
Do You Accept Rush / Expedite Work Orders?
Eyecon Graphfix can accommodate rush/expedite work orders based on priority. Typically your job will be assigned to more than one designer, for a quick turnaround time. Please keep in mind, rush order fees are applicable, and must be agreed upon prior to starting your job.
How Do I Prepare My Files For Submission?
When submitting your files, please be sure to include the artwork saved as CMYK (color), with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi If for any reason you mailed a hard copy of any images, please be absolutely sure its not your original copy, we will not be held responsible for/or guarantee the safe return of any artwork. Customers are encouraged to make prior arrangements for the safe return of any media if necessary.
What Is The Client’s Involvement In The Design Process?
We thoroughly discuss the project with our clients from the very beginning, we then encourage you to share any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas that relates to the project. During the design process the client may be asked to approve various segments, as the work progresses. At the conclusion, the final artwork is send to the client for approval.
How Does Your Logo Design Process Work?
First we’ll discuss what’s required, target markets, and various uses for the logo, whether its use is for Personal or Business. We have a Logo form that we’ll e-mail to you, to provide the information that will help us design your logo.

What Is CMYK?
CMYK is a subtractive color model, used in color printing.(4 color process) Its also used to describe the printing process itself. CMYK refers to the four inks used in some color printing: cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black). Though it varies by print houses, press operators, press manufacturers, and press runs. Ink is typically applied in the order of abbreviation.
Why I Cannot Open The Files You Sent Me?
In most cases, we would normally send your final artwork files as a PDF file. To open this file, you are required to have adobe acrobat already installed on your computer. Go to www.adobe.com and download the acrobat reader, and install it on your computer.
What Are Your Preferred Output File Formats?
We can provide any of the most popular file formats listed – ai, eps, pdf, png, psd, tiff, and jpg. To complete your design project or which ever is required by your print house.
What If I Decide To Cancel A Design Job?
We strongly advise our clients against canceling any graphic or web design job Eyecon Graphfix produces, due to the cost and time consuming factor association. Once a job has been started, The client will be billed for the time the designers spent on the project. For example, should you choose to cancel a website design, logo design, or any creative work prior to completion, the cancellation fees are an automatic 50% of the initial overall job cost, regardless of what stage the work in progress is, by the designer / designers. When the work is satisfactorily completed, you’re required to pay the balance in full.
I Have A Design I Would Like Created That Is Not Listed In Your Services, Can You Help?
There are many design services not listed on our website. However, we can still assist you in completing you custom request, just simply request a quote, and we’ll response appropriately to your request.
Will I Receive Any Revisions Once You Deliver The Initial Concept?
Absolutely! Most of our custom designs come with two (2) concepts and three (3) revisions (as an option), we will deliver the initial concept for your review, and if necessary changes are required, we will address them in the first revision.
What’s Required To Get Started On My Design Project?
To get started we require that you provide us with the artwork files (if any) and the initial agreed deposit for the job.
What Is the Average Job Turnaround Time ?
The average job turnaround time depends on the complexity of a project; usually an initial design is delivered within 3 to 7 business days, as long as we’re provided with the necessary artwork and content files.
